Is your pituitary gland suffering?

The pituitary gland is located at the base of the brain and releases special hormones that regulate the activity of other glands. It is involved in controlling thyroid functions, the adrenal glands, growth, and sexual maturation.

The hypothalamus and the pituitary are tightly integrated. Together, they regulate all processes having to do with primitive reactions, such as:

  • stress
  • rage
  • flight
  • body temperature
  • thirst
  • hunger
  • sexual activity
  • survival in general

 

Sugar not only inhibits the healthy functioning of the pituitary gland but also shuts it down.

This gland is mysterious and powerful and has been referred to as our “spiritual antenna,” or “seat of the soul,” and, more commonly, the “third eye,” because it’s been said to provide us visibility into higher levels of consciousness.

When we are children, our pineal glands are open and as we age, they begin to calcify or shut down as a result of exposure to toxins and excessive quantities of certain hormones. People in countries where it’s common to eat a higher percentage of processed and refined food have much more heavily calcified pineal glands than others.

Alcohol, meat, fish, & fluoride, create excess acidity in the body, forcing your system to draw nutrients out of its tissues in an attempt to balance its pH. Sugar also increases epinephrine output, which causes dysfunction in the pineal gland by interfering with its natural production of melatonin.

Sugar is a danger to our health, spirituality, & happiness so just leave it in the store.

Immune Boosting Chicken Noodle Soup

Are you struggling with low immunity?
Many foods we consume on a daily basis shut down the immune system with the introduction of GMOs The FDA has said that many of the products sitting on the grocery store shelves will have to be labeled with side effects. Please ensure you are researching the ingredients in the products you purchase on a daily basis. This simple task can be the difference between a clean bill of health and a cancer diagnosis.
Ingredients:
1 tbs. Chopped onion
1 lb Chicken breast
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbs. Chopped parsley
1 tbs. Chopped fresh dill
1 cup of frozen vegetables
1tbs. Ghee or coconut oil
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp. Ground black pepper
2 tsp. Ground turmeric
8-10 cups of water
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. Moringa powder
Directions:
In a pressure cooker, combine the bones, onion, oil, parsley, frozen garlic, parsley, frozen vegetables, ghee or oil, pepper, & turmeric. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the meat changes color slightly.
Add the water & broth and close the lid. Cook under pressure for 8 to 10 minutes (or combine all ingredients in a pot, boil then simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
Open the lid slowly to add your noodles. Simmer for 3-5 minutes or until desired tenderness & the meats falling off the bone.
When your cooking with real food you don’t need to count calories!! Just have 2 cups in a day, if you do three you’ll need to fast at least 12 hours. This soup will boost immunity, provide pain relief, and cure inflammation.
Moringa is used for asthma, diabetes, obesity, symptoms of menopause, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.

Turmeric, Lemon, & Pepper Healing Tea

This tea will reduce inflammation, boost immunity, & regulate your hormones. Nature is full of ingredients the body needs to heal itself so do not be afraid to try new herbs and spices.
FYI: Pepper boosts the power of turmeric which is why this drink is great for pain
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup boiling water
1 black tea bag (whatever brand you like)
1 tsp honey
1 Lemon wedge

Kale Very Berry Immune Boosting Smoothie

This drink is full of antioxidants, immune-boosting ingredients, & iron!! 
Smoothies are a way to ensure your body gets all the healing ingredients mother nature provides without thinking too much! You add your ingredients and blend them down to their lowest cellular components. Parmesan Cauliflower Steak (Food is Medicine)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 heads of cauliflower, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, and parsley.
  3. Place cauliflower slices in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush each slice with the olive oil mixture on both sides; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Place into oven and bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Serve immediately, sprinkled with Parmesan.

Replace your toxic coffee with dandelion root coffee

Ever thought you would have to give up your morning coffee? How can you talk down on people suffering from addiction when you are battling your very own? This is the question I had to ask myself. What makes one addiction any better than the other?
They all have side effects that target healthy cells causing damage that can not be reversed! People who drink coffee normally have sleep issues. This is the only time the body can repair itself from damage caused that day!
Let’s discuss the cause & effect of drinking too much coffee!
  • Consuming too much caffeine can lead to jitteriness, anxiety, heart palpitations, and even exacerbated panic attacks!
  • Coffee’s laxative effect has been attributed to the release of gastrin, a hormone the stomach produces that speeds up activity in the colon. What’s more, decaffeinated coffee has been shown to produce a similar response
  • Studies have found that higher caffeine intake appears to increase the amount of time it takes to fall asleep. It may also decrease total sleeping time, especially in the elderly
  • Rhabdomyolysis is a very serious condition in which damaged muscle fibers enter the bloodstream, leading to kidney failure and other problems.
  • A detailed review suggests that although caffeine triggers certain brain chemicals similar to the way cocaine and amphetamines do, it does not cause classic addiction the way these drugs do. However, it may lead to psychological or physical dependency, especially at high dosages.
  • Blood pressure increases, which is a risk factor for heart attack and stroke because they may damage arteries over time, restricting the flow of blood to your heart and brain.
  • Coffee, as well as other caffeinated beverages, is known to boost energy levels. However, they can also have the opposite effect by leading to excessive fatigue once the caffeine is out of the system.
  • Causes overactive bladder due to the compound’s stimulatory effects on the urinary system!

As I sit here doing my morning to-do list I’m sipping on my coffee but not your normal Starbucks or Folders. I now have a degree in nutrition & with that comes replacing unhealthy habits with new healthy ones!!
 
I recently started making dandelion coffee. It’s been about 2 months or so give or take I’ve been replacing one bad drink I loved with a nutrient-rich alternative every week.

Fasting is actually the cure for reversing disease

Fasting is the body’s cleaning mechanism. The longer you fast the cleaner your insides will be. After the first three days, your hunger hormone resets itself. When you fast your body eats damaged cells that have lost the ability to self-terminate on their own. 

Once this takes place the body replaces the damaged cells with brand new ones reversing the aging process!

When I first started fasting I had no idea what I was actually doing!

As a nurse, I was taught to listen to the doctor and make sure my patient is taking their medications. At that time you could have never got me to listen to someone saying fasting is the actual cure for reversing disease! We really don’t touch much on nutrition and neither do doctors. 

Needless to say, those same medications many of my patients had no idea why they were taking in the first place. Many times they would get worst and so the doctor would just switch their medications in hopes another one will.

I would get so upset that insurance companies would want patients to try a medication that costs less no matter what just to see if it will work. If it doesn’t work then they will approve the medication the doctor wants to really prescribe. Meanwhile, the people making these decisions have no medical background whatsoever!!

Trust the system they say, well if that was what I did I would be dead right now…

The entire system is corrupt

I used to have to call these insurance companies and get meds approved by ugly means. I’m not proud of it but I felt bad for my patients and took my job seriously! This is why still today although I myself became a patient still remain true to the world. 

People need to come to terms with the fact that doctors go to school to treat not cure!! If you are trying to cure yourself of something Fasting is the actual cure for reversing disease!” If you are looking to feel better, understand the body, lose weight naturally, cure things you were told you could not then keep reading!

I cured myself not a doctor

I refused chemo and radiation for this reason “it’s what kills, not cancer.” (side effects of chemo and radiation)

After I cured my cancer I realized the body can heal itself if we just allow it to. This means giving up the meds once you realize they are prohibiting your healing efforts by confusing the body. Once you have a pill doing the job of a cell or organ it becomes lazy then weak. Fasting is the actual cure for reversing disease!

Our bodies give us two choices digestion or healing in our lifetime but never both at the same time. If you are consistently eating you are not allowing your body time for digestion. Digestion is the hardest job our bodies have to do consistently without us thinking about it.

Toxic Overload Syndrome

When we eat too much what I call toxic overload takes place in the colon. Meat can sit and fester for days, sending toxic nutrients to every cell in the body causing sickness. Unless you eat your meat raw, it produces deadly toxins that end up in the bloodstream once the meat is cooked.

I remember being at work when I was constantly googling the best way to lose weight when I came across apple cider vinegar. I proceeded to take it daily like a good girl should but soon realized my teeth were changing! I was like “NO” I am way too young so I began to research of course! I only researched it because It Truly Works!!!

My research

What nobody told me: Water measures in as a neutral solution, with a pH of 7.0, therefore the acidity of apple cider vinegar is relatively significant. Unfortunately, when undiluted, the vinegar can weaken tooth enamel and consequently cause sensitivity, decay, and cavities.

Rinsing with concentrated doses of apple cider vinegar will not only damage your teeth but can also cause swelling or burns inside the mouth and esophagus. According to the Centers for Disease Control, other potential risks of long-term use of ACV include:

  • Indigestion
  • Throat irritation
  • Low potassium
  • Disruption of the body’s acid-base balance

How apple cider vinegar should be taken as part of a health booster while fasting to melt away visceral fat & cleanse the bloodstream!

  • Dilute ACV in water: Try mixing 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar with 8 ounces of water.
  • Drink it through a straw to avoid direct contact with your teeth.
  • Rinse with water after taking it.
  • Don’t brush right away! To prevent further enamel damage, wait at least 30 minutes before brushing your teeth to give your saliva a chance to naturally wash away the acid.
  • Take ACV as a supplement in pill form: These contain a dehydrated form of ACV but the amount can vary from brand to brand. According to a Healthline report, one capsule typically contains about 500 mg, which is equivalent to 2 liquid teaspoons (10 ml).

My opinion

I personally think you need to go with what works for you. Start with a small mixture of something like 1 part apple cider vinegar to 4 parts water, if it is too strong for your skin, add more water. If it doesn’t seem strong enough and you aren’t noticing any of the benefits, add more apple cider vinegar.  Below is my mixture and what I have found works for me.

Apple Cider Vinegar Toner Directions:

My personal toner

1) Pour 1 part organic apple cider vinegar into a glass jar, bottle, or container.

2) Add 2 parts distilled or filtered water.

3) Shake the bottle to combine the mixture.

4) Apply the toner to your freshly cleansed skin using a cotton ball or pad, avoiding the eye area.

5) Apply your usual, daily moisturizer after the apple cider vinegar toner has dried.

6) Shake well before each use.  Store in a cool, dry, dark place (No need to refrigerate). I make a new batch monthly.

The results will blow your mind!! I also soak in this stuff once a week to purge toxins trapped in my skin causing itchiness & irritation! I personally like to make sure my baby-making lady parts are so fresh & so clean as well!

Apple cider vinegar detox baths are great for the female body!!

Detox Bath w/ apple cider vinegar
  1. Fill a tub with warm (not hot) water.
  2. Add 2 cups of raw apple cider vinegar.
  3. Stir the water.
  4. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Turn on the shower and rinse without soap
