Many doctors don’t acknowledge it as a problem but fasting is the cure!!

Ever been to a doctor and explained to them your symptoms only to be given a new prescription? The feeling of defeat comes in when you feel like nobody is listening or really trying to get to the underlying problem, meanwhile you’re the one suffering.

I know all too well the feeling and as a nurse, I have counseled many patients who felt the same. Our doctors are overworked so if anybody is going to have to work harder for your fight it’s going to have to be you.

Adrenal fatigue & stress

Adrenal fatigue is something doctors brush off. Our bodies were made to handle little amounts of stress on a daily basis. Our thyroid is now shutting down because it’s completely overworked from chronic stress. This means like a good partner the adrenal glands have to take over and they are not supposed to handle little stress but be ready to release adrenalin if a lion comes out of the forest to chase you!

Today we see a bunch of overworked people not even realizing stress being the silent killer is slowly taking a toll on the inside of the body. Nothing is working the way it’s supposed to because so many overworked organs are trying to handle chronic stress with no breaks in between.

Adrenal fatigue has several symptoms you should watch out for:

Low Energy

Cortisol is one of the essential hormones produced by the adrenal glands; it plays several important roles, including converting sugar and fat into energy. If the adrenal gland produces an insufficient amount of cortisol, fatigue will be the result.

Anxiety

Cortisol is also a key player in how the body reacts to stress. When cortisol levels drop, the body may have an increased stress response, leading to panic and anxiety attacks more than we would like to admit to ourselves at times.

 Frequent Illness

Hormones produced by the adrenal glands also help regulate the immune system. When too few of these hormones are produced, the immune system does not function as it should, especially if the person is also experiencing exhaustion and anxiety. Since the body is unable to protect itself efficiently, it is not only more susceptible to illness and infections, but it gets harder to heal, as well.

Difficulty Falling Asleep

Difficulty falling asleep is a symptom of adrenal fatigue with a clear tie to some of the others we already mentioned. If you have a hard time falling asleep, it stands to reason that you may wake up with exhaustion and low energy. Cortisol is involved in regulating the sleep/wake cycle, and a hormonal imbalance can alter the natural rhythms of the body, leading to insomnia and interrupted sleep patterns night after night.

Frequent Urination

Another hormone released by the adrenal glands is aldosterone, which signals the kidneys to regulate sodium and potassium. Those experiencing adrenal fatigue may deal with frequent urination, which, at best, is inconvenient and, at worst, can significantly harm the body if not addressed.

Adrenal Insufficiency

Adrenal insufficiency and adrenal fatigue are not the same. True adrenal insufficiency is rare and considered an official medical diagnosis. If the problem lies in the adrenal glands themselves, a doctor will diagnose Addison’s disease, but adrenal insufficiency can also stem from diseases in the hypothalamus or pituitary gland, which signal the adrenal glands to produce and release necessary hormones. Proponents of adrenal fatigue as a diagnosis believe that the hormonal insufficiencies it causes are not quite as severe as with true adrenal insufficiency but cause significant symptoms nonetheless.

The cure is a 3 day reboot fast!

No worries with the right knowledge and proper nutrition we can beat this. I did a three-day fast to reboot my body to factory settings, then a 21 day fast to cure cancer and I felt amazing!!! Prior to this, I ate adrenal stimulating foods for a week.

Fasting is the cure

Gold has a way of showing others who is in charge

The issue is you can’t play God if there is already one. Meaning we were created in a certain way, are made to function off certain foods, herbs, essential oils, etc., and not chemically processed meds, factory-made supplements, drugs, artificial food, or alcohol. You see the body has not changed only the information we are told about it! Anytime money’s involved its wealth over health!!

Fasting paired with a detox meal plan for superior adrenal health!

The adrenal glands

The adrenal glands are two glands that sit on top of your kidneys that are made up of two distinct parts.

  • The adrenal cortex—the outer part of the gland—produces hormones that are vital to life, such as cortisol (which helps regulate metabolism and helps your body respond to stress) and aldosterone (which helps control blood pressure).
  • The adrenal medulla—the inner part of the gland—produces nonessential (that is, you don’t need them to live) hormones, such as adrenaline (which helps your body react to stress).

Glucocorticoids released by the adrenal cortex include:

  • Hydrocortisone: Commonly known as cortisol, it regulates how the body converts fats, proteins, and carbohydrates to energy. It also helps regulate blood pressure and cardiovascular function.
  • Corticosterone: This hormone works with hydrocortisone to regulate immune response and suppress inflammatory reactions.

The principle mineral corticoid is aldosterone, which maintains the right balance of salt and water while helping control blood pressure. There is a third class of hormone released by the adrenal cortex, known as sex steroids or sex hormones. The adrenal cortex releases small amounts of male and female sex hormones. However, their impact is usually overshadowed by the greater amounts of hormones (such as estrogen and testosterone) released by the ovaries or testes.

Adrenal Medulla Hormones:

Hormones secreted by the adrenal medulla are:

  • Epinephrine: Most people know epinephrine by its other name—adrenaline. This hormone rapidly responds to stress by increasing your heart rate and rushing blood to the muscles and brain. It also spikes your blood sugar level by helping convert glycogen to glucose in the liver. (Glycogen is the liver’s storage form of glucose.)
  • Norepinephrine: Also known as noradrenaline, this hormone works with epinephrine in responding to stress. However, it can cause vasoconstriction (the narrowing of blood vessels). This results in high blood pressure.

Symptoms of adrenal fatigue

Sometimes when our bodies are stressed on a day-to-day basis with no relief in sight whether it be a job or relationship it will begin to break down. Chronic inflammation is the result and then comes a diagnosis. You can prevent this from happening by going holistic because nature means you no harm the way man does!!

Some signs you need to pay attention to that may be warning you of a system shutdown…

11 Toxic reasons drinking water should be followed up with fasting!

Toxins in the water making you ill?

Fluoride

Adding fluoride to drinking water is a process that dates back to the 1940’s to help reduce the amount of tooth decay most likely caused by sugar. It sounds like it was a great plan at the time because it helps strengthen teeth. In reality the plan went south because fluoride is a neurotoxin and an endocrine disruptor. It deactivates the thyroid gland and calcifies the pineal gland. It’s so extremely toxic that several countries have banned water fluoridation. Even some U.S. cities have caught on and started rejecting the process of fluoridation.

Chlorine

Chlorine has disinfectant properties that make it very useful for cleaning and disinfecting swimming pools. This toxic chemical is even used to sanitize sewage and industrial waste. Chlorine is added to the drinking water as a purification technique, despite not being completely safe. Chlorine is a reactive chemical that bonds with water, including the water in your gut, to produce poisonous hydrochloric acid. Chlorine exposure causes respiratory concerns and damages healthy cells. Long term effects include memory loss and impaired balance.

Lead

Lead is the main toxin causing concerns in Flint. Corroded pipes are releasing up to ten times the allowable amount of lead into the water. Lead is toxic to almost every organ in the body and affects innocent children the worst. Developmental issues, stunted growth, deafness, behavioral concerns, learning disabilities, and brain damage can all result from exposure to lead. If ingested during pregnancy, lead can cause premature birth. Lead exposure has even been linked to autism, prostate cancer, and reproductive concerns for both men and women. It’s damaging to the cardiovascular system and kidneys, to.

Mercury

Mercury is a naturally occurring element, “natural” does not mean “safe.” Mercury is extremely toxic and can cause brain damage, blindness, nerve damage, cognitive disability, impairment of motor functions, headaches, weakness, muscle atrophy, tremors, mood swings, memory loss, and skin rashes.

Polychlorinated biphenyls

PCBs, or polychlorinated biphenyls, are chemicals used for industrial purposes such as insulation, machinery, oil, paints, adhesives, electronics, and fluorescent lights. Although PCBs were banned back in 1979, they’re still present in landfills and pose a danger to the environment. PCBs break down slowly and infiltrate the environment. They have been found in snow and sea water. Research will show PCBs to cause cancer and negatively affect the immune, reproductive, nervous, and endocrine systems.

Arsenic

Arsenic, despite being poisonous, is used in a multitude of industrial processes. Environmental contamination may result from improper waste disposal, or from poorly-planned wells that hit a natural source. Arsenic poisoning can cause vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and even death in severe cases. Long-term exposure can lead to skin cancer, lung cancer, and bladder cancer.

Perchlorates

Perchlorates are a key ingredient in rocket fuel and explosives. They dissolve easily and seep into groundwater from military and industrial sites. It’s believed that perchlorates have contaminated much of the Colorado river. The concern is severe; almost all humans will test positive for perchlorates, which attack the thyroid.

Dioxins

Dioxins are released during combustion, such as burning of hazardous waste, forest fires, cigarette smoke, and burning oil and coal. They settle in the environment and destroy the water sources. Short term exposure can cause lesions and respiratory concerns. Long-term exposure can affect the immune, nervous, endocrine, and reproductive systems.

DDT

DDT was used as an insecticide in the 1940s to combat insect-borne diseases like malaria and typhus. It had widespread use as an agricultural insecticide until it was banned in the United States in 1972 due to environmental concerns. It remains in use in other parts of the world and is still a major health concern for all of us. DDT molecules are persistent and can travel vast distances in the atmosphere. DDT causes reproductive concerns and liver damage. The International Agency for Research on Cancer has declared DDT is a cancer risk.

Dacthal

Dacthal (dimethyl tetrachloroterephthalate, or DCPA) is an herbicide that contaminates soil and water sources. Unlike HBA and DDT, Dacthal is still in use today. Animal tests have found dacthal damages the adrenal glands, kidneys, liver, thyroid, and spleen.

MtBE

MtBE (methyl tertiary-butyl ether) is a gasoline additive that can render large quantities of groundwater completely undrinkable. The health effects of MtBE are not understood. Research has linked it to kidney damage, seizures, and concerns with fetal development.

Fasting is the cure…

Some people are under the impression that they can remove toxins from water by boiling it. Boiling water kills harmful organisms but does nothing to remove toxic chemicals, compounds, salts, and metals. The only way your body can cleanse itself of these toxins is through the power of autophagy!
