Have you had a smoothie today?

Healing Green Smoothie💕
Many people express how they could
never do a green smoothie let alone a
super smoothie, ever!
I understand to
look at one can be quite intimidating,
especially mine. lol

The question I get the most when people watch me do my smoothies is “what the heck did you just put in there?” It’s ok because honestly I do tend to go overboard but my body loves it!

A little secret, I hated them until I purchased my Nutri-Bullet! The Nutri-Bullet breaks every thing down so the human body can use it, nothing goes to waste! This is what sets apart blending and extracting…

You call it a smoothie I call it *living my best life*💃🏾

Everything I purchase is in powder form or capsules that I can break open easily. I purchase everything from Amazon because honestly it is so much cheaper then tracking down the ingredients in multiple stores, wasting gas, & simply getting frustrated with the entire process.

I am also an Amazon Prime member so I receive my order delivered to my door same day or the next, no shipping costs.

I don’t know about your body but my body does not recognize the outer shell of a vitamin.  This is the reason why Americans are so vitamin dificient yet never realize it!   5 reasons your body isn’t absorbing vitamins

I mean honestly look at it, how do they make it so the body absorbs it, how do you know if and when its been absorbed?

Vitamins

A life without smoothies, just kill me!

Smoothies allow you to give your body what is needs in order to funcion properly without second guessing or gaining weight in the process.

https://loseweightbyeating.com/breakfast-smoothies-weight-loss/

In a typical day trying to meet all the demands for vitamins & minerals can seem impossible, not to mention…unwanted weight gain!

Weight Gain!

This is where the smoothies come into play. Don’t stuff your face if you have an option to just drink everything in one sitting.

The body gives us warning signs we intentionally choose to ignore.  To be upfront & honest many people are just programmed at a young age to ignore “body language.” What I mean by ignore is every little ache, pain, bump, bruise, sneeze, cough, etc. they run to a doctor.

This behavior is taught or learned in childhood. After the doctor visit you receive a prescription. Treating the symptoms with meds which in turn lead to additonal symptoms…can you say viscous cycle! smh

Let us try something new for a change, its called listening!

Wanna play a healthy game?

This game is called “listen & interpret.”

The goal of the game is to assist you and your doctor with natural cures that will benefit you in the long run.

Listen to your body & interpret what language its speaking to you personally.

Take a pen and paper & list your symptoms along with all your doctor diagnoses. After you’ve finished  run down my list of deficiencies and side effects below paying especially close attention to symptoms your experiencing and have previously written down as I requested. The entire point of this game is to listen closely to your bodies language and then interpret what it’s specifically asking you for nutritional wise.

Your symptoms are the way your body communicates with you. After that you will need to interpret your bodies language by figuring out what natural suppliment below will satisfy your bodies specific requests.

Today you will learn to listen to your body, purchase your supplements, incorporate them into the body by way of smoothies thus alleviating those symptoms. Basically, this is gonna shut your body the hell up so you can get back to your life and how you want to be living it!

Once you’ve finished I listed the suppliments in powder form below so you can start to feel better as well as look better! People who give the inside of the body what it needs have a natural glow about them that reflects through the skin.

Finally, to finish up this game you are going to purchase whatever supplements below that your body is asking for. I want you to incorporate them in a morning smoothie for exactly one month.

The winner will have treated their symptoms naturally without any prescription meds. The winner will feel ten years younger at the least. The winner will be able to achieve weight-loss goals they previously struggled with. The winner will begin to live their best life thanks to listening to their bodies language, interpreting it correctly & treating those awful symptoms!

This language your body is throwing out is out of anger, confusion, feeling disrespected and neglected.🤷🏽‍♀️ So the winner will also get to enjoy new body language. This body language will be peaceful, calming, grateful, and loving.

The body is petty so remember you treat others the way they want to be treated. Well if you eat food and take supplements your body recognizes it will treat you like the Queen/King you truly are. The pettiness kicks in when you eat processed crap and synthetic vitamins! See how that works? Picking up what I’m putting down?✅

Attention: Anybody who purchases all the suppliments below will be entered in a drawing for a free Scenty warmer! I will conduct monthy drawings throught the year. Please send me a message that says “I choose life so I’m a winner”

This is my way of encouraging you to improve your health.

Good thing for the both of us I speak “body talk” fluently…

Eat for nutritional gain, not weight gain

Rainbow Veggie Rolls Yum!

So who do you call, take a guess…

Girl making a phone call

So your having symptoms much like those I discussed throughout this post. You panic and schedule your doctor’s appointment right away! On the day of your appointment, you forget the list of everything you wanted to discuss! Ugh… hate when that happens!😬

First, you step on the scale but you are not happy with the number displayed.🙄 After that, you go into the room and the nurse takes your vitals right away, like your booty hasn’t even touched the chair fully😩

Sometimes you are asked to put on a gown and the room is freezing!😳 Think about it, your appointment time is a 15-minute slot unless it’s your yearly physical. I believe we leave 30-45 minute slots open for those appointments.

So over a year that’s all the time your given to catch up. This depends on whether or not your on time, you want to hold a conversation with the nurse, you decide to use the restroom after check in, medication changes, etc. After your fully checked in, undresses and the doctor comes in your already 15-20 minutes into that visit!

You sit in the chair, the doc examines you, refills your meds then its “next.” I dread the appointments we double book. How the heck you deal with two seperate patients with complicated health histories in 15 minutes?

Get my point, your doctor is prescribing medications they learned will treat the symptoms you tell them your experiencing. Anything else gets a referral to specialty, where they prescribe specialty meds. You don’t go to a regular doctor looking for cures. Medication, testing, counseling, paperwork, drug dependency help etc. Just not cures.

Back to the discussion…

Gotta be quick to keep the doc on track! So surprise surprise your blood pressure is high!

Taking a b/p

Are you kidding me?

Gotta wait and allow the machine to squeeze the life out of you again in two minutes. FYI anything 140/90 is supposed to be repeated. Wow even higher huh?🧐

Listen here you are stressed out whether you think you are or not therefor your body reacts to it. The reaction reflects per your blood pressure results. Please don’t get upset with your nurse I just happen to be one & I promise you we are just trying to keep our jobs!😊

The continuing education blood pressure criteria constantly changes so it’s frustrating on both sides, we get it!

We are not here to judge you but to help you. With that being said just step on the scale if asked to do so. We honestly don’t care about your weight.

Ok let me rephrase that… healthwise yes but making you feel bad about it, absolutely not!

Medication is ordered based on weight, people have overdosed by lying giving a stated weight! I have had patients say “I’m not getting on there, I’m 140lb.” I’m staring back thinking “maybe back in high school.” 🙄

Seriously people if your 300 lbs do not tell the nurse/medical assistant or anybody else your 140.🤦🏽‍♀️

This is strictly for your protection since all meds are poison, we need your accurate weight to know how much poison your individual body can tolerate.👌🏽

You’ve heard of an “overdose” correct? Well this happens once you’ve introduced to much poison into the body so your organs begin to get sick & eventually shut down.🤢

If you would like to do it to yourself purposely we can’t stop you. Please don’t do it to your provider he is honestly in his own way there to help you!

Say something goes wrong and you overdose on medication prescribed. We will have it documented in your chart you refused or the weight you gave us; which was clearly a lie.😢

Everything is documented for both of our protection so be honest if not for us but for yourself! In medical we have a saying “if it’s not documented it never happened.”

Finally, the doctor comes in!

The first thing the doctor says is “your blood pressure is high today” “Why is that?”

The doc

You want to say because I was stuck in traffic, had a hard time finding a parking spot, I had to rush to check-in, stepped on the scale and been waiting on you! They don’t want to hear that and your times running up so he/she looks into putting you on medication.

Believe me, it’s an easy fix, much easier than trying to figure out the problem in fifteen minutes or less. Do you think they have time to think about you once your gone? I can not say this enough “doctors go to school to learn how to treat symptoms not cure them.”

The brain holds the cure…

You are what you eat

If you are looking for cures you need to look in the mirror. Yup that person staring back mentally holds the cure to everything! Food has healing properties and that is what we are supposed to use it for, not gorging. When you eat for nutrition, healing, & curing your entire life begins changing for the better!

The pettiness of the human body is real!

Let me just be upfront and honest with you. All the symptoms I listed above pertaining to vitamin deficiency is just the body’s way of being petty! Do you remember as a child how you would tell your friends “I’m not going to be your friend anymore if you don’t get me food from your house.”

That was so petty and it is exactly how the body works! You wanna be petty by not giving your body proper nutrition it’s going to be petty by making you SICK!!

He’s sick!

Well, think about it, your introducing poisonous toxins into the body so it naturally wants to do its job and destroy them. The body is a well-oiled machine, everything has a function & a purpose.

Honestly…

If you were to place a vitamin container on an assembly line built specifically for big screen tv’s do you think it will do its job or get confused? I say “confusion for $500 Alex.”

You just can’t do stuff like that & expect an award…it’s disrespectful to the human body. That’s like your husband/ wife knowing your allergic to peanuts bringing home a huge bag for your enjoyment then expecting sex in return!🤬 You’ll experience feelings of pure disrespect, ignorance, evilness, hatred, and untrustworthyness! This is how your body feels every time you eat something with no nutritional value.

shamarathomas2019

So the big question remains…prescription treatment or nutritional treatment?

I’m no doctor nor am I bragging but I did cure my own cancer naturally❣💃🏾

I am not a doctor but I have been working side by side with them for a decade, literally! Understand this I am not medically able to give advice that replaces the doctors. I admit I don’t agree with everything they do but they are the professionals.

My Personal Story…

I was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor around April back in 2017. I was told if I did not do chemo or radiation I would not see the age of 37. I turned 37 in January, thank you very much!

Still here just wiser & stronger!

The point is I went from a stage three brain tumor to not one cancer cell being left in my body! O’ believe me they’ve checked, run test, all that in astonishment but were absolutely positive its all gone!😎

No chemo, No radiation, No surgery…Ever!

The body can & will heal itself but you have to be strong enough to allow it to do so by fasting!

I ended up fasting…no food, no meds, no drugs, no alcohol!

I drank lemon water for 21 long days!! Just enough time for my body to completely reset itself! I’m sure the more weight you carry the longer you will need to fast.

Remember diseases, depression and anxiety all reside in your fat cells where they will permanently reside if you allow them. No matter how much chemo, radiation or surgeries you have all diseases can and will come back with a vengeance because unless you fast your stored fat is left untouched.

Remember your fat storage is were disease lives yet the body can’t even get to it if it wanted to because its main purpose is to keep storing fat unless your in survival mode.

I was shocked and so were my docs. I had no idea what I was doing at the time. As an LPN I just thought to myself “if sugar feeds cancer & all food turns to sugar after eating it what happens if I just don’t eat.” “Shoulder shrug.” I was just being stubborn at the time because it’s just in my DNA

I refused to feed a disease trying to take over my mind and body. We was both gonna die if it was left up to me, and well it was. I stopped all doctor’s appointments, meds, and more importantly sugar from entering my body.

My entire thought process through all this was who cares “I’m dying anyway.”😭

I was tired, angry, sick and ready to just give up that fight! Fasting saved my life and I only regret not doing it sooner.

Every cure you’ve been searching for is inside you its called determination, strength & willpower…

Determination, Strength, Willpower

You see there is a cure for everything but are you strong enough to use it (your mind)? Every disease makes itself at home in the body’s fat reserves.

The only way to get rid of it and start fresh is by fasting. When I fasted, I allowed my body to eat the cancer cells residing or shall I say hiding in my fat reserves.

When you constantly eat (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) how exactly can it do that? As you put food in the body it only uses what it needs and stores the rest as fat automatically.

In order to use the fat reserves, you have to trick your body into thinking you are in survival mode. Once in survival mode, it goes into your fat storage and starts using what it needs while getting rid of the rest!

Basically it converts the forgot about old, damaged, diseased, useless fat cells into energy to compensate for the lack of nutrition its receiving due to fasting. Although it’s only doing what it’s intended to do naturally, I think it’s just truly fascinating the way the human body works!!

Time to go shopping, I live for this!😍

I keep this list laminated in my food diary binder. If you do not have one I highly suggest you purchase one! I made my own with a dollar store binder plus a note pad from yes, you guessed it!!! AMAZON…

Having a place to track your beginning point, your goals, accomplishments, pics, quotes etc. is a must have!

A little weightloss trick…

You should always log your food intake no-matter how insignificant you think it is. This allows your brain to understand and absorb it! It’s a neat mind over matter trick I’ve learned along my weight-loss journey.

If you tell the brain something it really doesn’t take it serious because again its petty and it has other more important functions going on. Yes, I know the brain really has a lot of work to do. The busier your life, the harder it works!

Now what I was saying is, if you write it then read it you’ll have your brains undivided attention. If the brain tries to forget then you open up that book & reflect back as a reminder. It’s like a magic trick for weight-loss success!

I use this one personally and it has magnets for the fridge!

I plan my meals out weekly this helps me stay organized & on track. I plan my meals then refer to my grocery list to see what else I may need. This way I don’t end up buying food that my body doesn’t recognize!

Everybody has a different taste preferences so I encourage you to create one that will work for your life, and your goals. I’m a true creature of habit so once I find a meal that feeds my bodies language and my pallet as well; it’s surely a keeper! This becomes super easy once you realize how great you start to feel compared to before when you ignored your bodies language!

When I am ready to go grocery shopping I pull it out as a referance for myself. I like to call it my healthy body instruction manual. This manual reminds me what Im allowed to put in my body for optimal health rewards. From there I look for recipies for that week and creat a grocery list that won’t steer me down the garbage aisle!

This saves me from impulse buying and trying to figure out what foods heal my body every single time I go grocery shopping. When looking for new recipies I pull out my list, it really helps my mind to focus on healthy recipes only!

After you finish reading this post my hope for you is that you learned to be more cautious about the way you look and think about food. Food kills people everyday by way of disease, obesity, depression, anxiety, etc.

Think before you eat. From here on out ask yourself “how will this particular food along with its ingredients cause my body to act towards me? Will my body be excited and reward me or will it be upset, start acting petty & eventually destroy me?

Speaking of deadly sugar…

Sugar is a drug but not like the one’s needing rehab, most of the time you can kick a sugar addiction cold turkey. Yes, your addicted to the sugar in food. Once you learn to read labels you begin to understand how bad our food is purposely being poisoned to achieve pleasurable addicting tastes which in turn creates steady income for the food industry.

Supply & Demand…

Good ol supply & demand…the more sugar they supply your food with the tastier it becomes causing the human brain to demand more of it. The demand is what we like to call “food cravings”, we have all experienced them! Well those food cravings are the result of a drug we call sugar!

Are you addicted to sugar?

So if eating at fast food places is your thing, you purchase a lot of junk food, or you can’t or refuse to do atleast a three day fast your addicted to sugar. This addiction can not be treated by dieting only fasting! This is why diets just dont work & you end up relapsing. Fasting is the only option you have to cure your addiction forever!

What the power of fasting does is it acts as a reset button for the body. Kinda like the one under the dishwasher you push once it stops working or becomes clogged. You push that first before you call the company or your maintence man, correct?

Once your all reset and your sugar withdrawls have stopped the human brain can now function properly and refocus on nutrition over taste. Sugar distorts this tricking the brain into believing its a healthy option for you, in turn causing your brain to send out requests for more of it!

We all have choices…

Drug addicts don’t make good choices and neither do food addicts! How many times have you watched a diabetic continue to eat sugar?

The exact thing killing them they’re eating! Sugar  attacks the brain, and reprograms it. You then crave and eat lots of junk food to please the brain instead of the nutritional food your body needs.

How can your blood sugar go up if you don’t eat? Eating is what’s causing you to have to monitor and control insulin levels. Im only referring to type 2 diabetics. Thats another topic for another time though.

Fasting gives you back your self control. Your nutritional choices affect every part of your body, the way it functions and the way you age throughout your life. You have a reset button so use it for an opportunity to reset the damage caused by past negligent choices you’ve made.

Warning…

You will encounter negativity from those who completely put their lives in a human doctors hands. Insurance companies partner up with the pharmaceutical companies. The doctor is a part of this system! This is what they signed up for to use chemically treated synthetic drugs to help treat your symptoms.

Some meds may work others may lead to street drugs. Some will cause you to loose bone density, stop the thyroid from working, and cause kidney damage. Others destroy the brains ability to function causing bad mental health…shall I, no do I need to go on?

Tell the truth now…

Ever talked to a family doctor about your symptoms and they offer you vitamin A powder in a naturally digestible form? Absolutely not, its not their job nor were they trained for that! This is why the government offers us insurance to help us pay for poison that will ensure we keep our routine doctor appointments so were constantly having to be monitored. Doses needing to be increased or decreased, routine bloodwork to monitor how its effecting normal body functions, urine tests, etc.

Anyone ever offer to pay for your supplements? It would be much cheaper to just cure people but that doesn’t bring in passive income. Again you will need to listen to your body & interpret what its asking you for. You will have to put a price on your health & well being once in for all. You wish to be cured, you’ll have to pay out of pocket for that, sorry!

Don’t forget about your free gift or being entered into my monthly drawing! Being healthy comes with perks💪🏾

Purchase all the supplements above & receive a full-size warmer retailed at $60.

Purchase 2-3 supplements to be entered into a monthly drawing for a mini plug-in warmer priced between $15-$25. I am here to encourage better health as well as a long stress-free life span! This starts with diet changes! I can only keep track through messenger so make your purchases then let me know so I can reward you for taking a step towards improving your overall health & well being!

Try my 7-day detox smoothie challenge!

I would never suggest fasting without preparing for it. You should not shock your body like that unless you have to! What I like to do is one special smoothie for six out of seven days.

My personal 7-day smoothie detox schedule

My smoothie recipe for detox & healing

Let’s get our smoothie ingredients, shall we?

I want to be the first to say congratulations on wanting more for your body! Whether you’ve fasted before or you’re a virgin🤷🏾‍♀️ this is going to make you feel great again! Just about the last thing any fasting parent needs is being put in a position to break a fast due to cooking & tasting food. I mean we can fast but the kids still gotta eat!

A suggestion if I may…

Create a list of easy meals you can prep ahead or don’t have to taste while cooking. I suggest prior prep cause temptation is real while fasting…lol

I personally keep a go-to list I use every time I fast along with a shopping list. It’s hard enough fasting I don’t need to be trying to figure out what I’m going to feed everyone else, in fact I don’t want to think about food period! This way, I can decide what meals I’ll prepare along with the exact list of ingredients I’ll need without having to put to much thought into it. No brainer, in & out the store right?

Well sometimes…🙄

This really helps me stay on track!

Never just dump the supplement powder always measure! As with anything you can take to much & overdose…

The brain is a bully to your weightloss attempts👊🏼

The struggle to loose weight rough?

Let me just tell you this… I tried every weightloss drink, pill, rub, diet, etc. It really is no fun being big for no reason. I had no prior medical problems at the time just a pesky, annoying, influential sweet tooth.😞

The first step is be honest with yourself. What is truly holding you back? It’s you…correct? Nobody here but us two so just be real. Some like to make huge plates while others snack all day, others just eat out way to much and so on.

We all have a story that placed us in an unhealthy state. Food makes you feel better at the time of ingestion & but then the longnterm effects cause suffering and regrets. I gained weight and developed high blood pressure, depression, isolation, s.o.b., and horrible insomnia. 🥺

🏃🏽‍♀️ Healthy here I come!

So one day I’m at work & one of my patients say “so Shamara why haven’t you told me your pregnant, I see how big your getting and I wanna know when the baby’s coming.” I wanted to die so I said the only think I could think of at that time that would make him “worry about himself”🤬I said O I had twins & lost them🤷🏾‍♀️ “don’t judge me” I was so embarrassed but It was my fault and I should have been! I immediately started going to the gym, making green smoothies and watching what I placed in my body plus nothing after 8 PM.

Results what a beautiful thing 👀

So who would have known, I lost weight! I saw results! I felt great! I guess it’s *TRUE* “you are what you eat” and your brain will remind your body to make you feel like it too. I was able to fit into my old cute outfits I just couldn’t part with.😭 I love my brain but it is so two faced turning on me everytime it gets used to my current weight. I fluctuate so we been through this time & time again now we finally have a great understanding.

So your body is meant to go into survival mode if and when you restrict food, calories, fat, etc. Once in survival mode the brain sends messages through the body to “store as much fat as possible.” Say you don’t eat breakfast, have a salad for lunch then thereafter you have a smoothie. The brain says “hey we needs all of that” your body then stores it all even though it’s not much.

The next your super hungry and you eat waffles, pizza, then for dinner you eat subway. First of all “you know you wrong” second of all the brain gets all excited & orders the body again to store it as fat, I mean it’s bossy & petty but very important! It’s on a mission to collect all the fat it can to protect you, then that results into other problems.

Muscle truly weighs more but fat takes up more space😳

Muscle vs fat

So I’ll be the first to tell you this is why I don’t do scales. 👌🏽

I won’t do them at the doctors office, not at the gym, never in public nor at home…can’t do it “Sam I am” 😂😂

Go by the way your clothes fit. Psychologically the scale messes with your mental like meat stuck in your teeth…🤦🏽‍♀️

Remove the problem in this case *the scale* & your fear will release allowing your body to stop stressing.

Geesh, you’ll never loose weight that way!😔

Build your credit then get your money back💯

Would you like to build your credit?

Do you dislike people taking your money and feeding you a big fat juicy dream?

Are you one of those take charge types such as myself?

I like to think of building credit like an ego booster. I mean you work really hard to climb a steep mountain only to get to the top and say then what?

I found a place that awards you once you reach the top with all the blood, sweat and tears you put out there. Ok, well actually they just give you your money back but its the same thing figuratively speaking…right?

You can get a loan from this company called Self Lender then pay it back in low monthly installments.

The kicker is once you’ve built your credit up and your loan term is over you get all the cash right back in your pocket!

Check it out I’d never steer you wrong! Just click my link sign up and take the road to wisdom and freedom with Selflender💙
