Struggling with weight?


I will be the first to say I have struggled for years with my weight People…THE STRUGGLE IS CERTAINLY REAL!!

Some people can just cut out sugar for a month and lose 20 pounds while others have to make a plan.

  • eat right constantly
  • work out routinely
  • pray every day with their fingers and toes crossed.
  • Fast prior to starting and the list goes on

So many people take multiple medications that stop the weight loss process right in its tracks!  So depressing😭 *I KNOW*

Just remember its me your talking to. I totally get it because I have been in your shoes multiple times in my life.

I have four kids and with my first three children, I lost the weight as soon as the baby came out!😏 If I wanted too I could have actually left the hospital and switched 😂 as I headed on over to the club in a tight mini dress to receive multiple compliments.😍😍

The good old days I’ll tell ya…..

Do you remember being a teenager complaining about how fat you are, GEESH if only we had known then what we know now we would have appreciated our bodies more…well I know I would have!

I have a love-hate relationship with working out but whether you want to admit it or not its essential to keeping the weight off.🤷🏾‍♀️

Eating right with no exercise will allow you to see results but most likely you are going to have saggy skin because you have no muscle mass to hold it or shape it.💯💯 #facts

As soon as you eat something bad its going to go to your thighs and stick there…

When you eat right+work out your body rewards you in ways you can only imagine. Working out relieves stress, stress limits weight loss its a no brainer.🤦🏽‍♀️

 Say you have a bad day and eat something horrible you can just go burn it off and

be done with it with no after guilt!!

I actually know people who work out just so they can eat the bad stuff. 😂😂 #shoutouttoyouFrankie xoxo (he knows who is is lol)

This is not something I would recommend but whatever you gotta tell yourself to make sure you sleep at night is on you.
